Swatch and Review: Stila Eyes Are the Window™ Shadow Palette – Soul

Hey everyone! Sorry I’ve been away for so long. Been very caught up with school as usual. Here’s a little somethin’ somethin’ to give you an idea of what I have been up to.

So I went a little cray lately and decided to get this palette because it looks so pretty. Too pretty. (thank you Rue Bee che and Nicole!) Decided to get  another palette which consists of a mixture of matte and shimmer eyeshadows just like the Lorac Pro palette I got a few months ago. This palette retails for RM 175 at Sephora.

This is what the palette looks like. It comes in a box and a little booklet to teach you how to use the shadows to create different looks. Real handy.

Love how this small compact palette fits 12 different eyeshadows!

Close up look on the colours. FYI the names of each eyeshadow is written at the back of the case. Yes the image looks a little off-center. It’s an optical illusion you guys.

Here are the swatches! Please excuse my unattractive arm.

Here are my thoughts on this eyeshadow palette:

1. Extremely pigmented; texture is smooth and buttery. A lot less fall out compared to the Lorac Pro palette.

2. Easy to blend. Comes in variety of colours from highlights to transition shades. They also may be applied wet or dry, depending on how intense you want them to look.

3. Packaging is amazeballs. Love the gold case. Comes with a mirror and has a magnetic closure.

4. Has a mixture of shimmer and matte shades which makes it easy to get a complete eye look from one palette instead of having to reach out for another palette. Hence, it’s perfect for travel!

Hope this review was thorough enough for those of you who intend to purchase this palette! I highly recommend it for everyone, even for beginners. Thank you so much for reading. If you have any questions, don’t be shy to leave them down in the comment section below xx
